Vanessa DeKoekkoek, Global Training Manager, 2020
Vanessa started her career at 2020 as the lead trainer for North America and now collaborates with the training team world-wide as the Global Training Manager. Vanessa earned her Bachelor Degree from Baker College and her passion for training grew from teaching an AutoCAD class at her alma mater. After 15+ years in the industry, she has helped thousands of people leverage technology in their design projects.

Agustin Caro from M. Hanson & Company
Productivity, Zen and Collaborative Space Winner
Agustin was born and raised in Argentina, he attended the Catholic University of Salta where he graduated as an Architect. Over 5 years ago he started his design journey in the United States. Agustin currently works for M.Hanson & Company where he was first introduced to 2020 Office software. He believes that using 2020 Visual Impression has enhanced his designs by allowing him the opportunity to present ideas and designs in a more realistic and impressive manner.
