Vanessa DeKoekkoek
“Anything made with apples is my dessert of choice!” Meet Vanessa, Global Training Manager at 2020. If you have a question about furthering your 2020 Design knowledge, Vanessa is the one to ask! Her favorite 2020 Design feature is the undo command 🙂 and she recommends to never forget about lighting when designing a kitchen. “A good balance of light (including natural light) is mandatory for a functional kitchen.” A fitting paint color for Vanessa would be named after herself and her love of design: Designessa! Santiago Moralez
“Coca-Cola Red would suit my personality, as I am an Argentinian Tango Instructor” Santiago is a new and bright addition to the 2020 family. He is the Product Manager for 2020 Design and embraces working with a diverse and talented team. Santiago has particularly enjoyed working on the 2020 Cloud to bring customers a practical, yet exciting way to access manufacturers’ catalogs. Meet Santiago at our booth and ask him to explain what his favorite dessert is: Torta Hojaldre De Dulce de Leche.
Roberto Ferrer
“I love to see the customers’ reactions when they view the 360 Panorama for the first time!” Roberto has been with 2020 for over 10 years and is currently the Strategic Account Support Specialist. He provides personalized services to some of our largest customers, such as Menards and Reico. Roberto is a self-proclaimed master chef in the kitchen and believes that everyone should stand clear when he is preparing a meal! In correlation to his culinary skills, Roberto would name a new paint color as Attitude Gray!
John Morgan
“The kitchen & bath design world is fun, creative and profitable. Now that’s a great combination!” Most of you have probably seen John Morgan, a 2020 Design expert, around KBIS or heard his voice on a 2020 Design webinar. John knows all the tips and tricks for 2020 Design—feel free to pick his brain at KBIS or check out his presentation at Voices from the Industry. He believes that the new trend in design is to create spaces that are prepped to be smart home ready. Let technology enhance your kitchen designs! On a fun note, John’s self-titled paint color would be Philosophical Gray.
Manon Boucher
“Satisfied customers make me happy!” Manon is located in the Montreal head office and is the Channel Sales Manager. You have probably had the opportunity to speak to a member of her dedicated sales team at one point or another. If Manon could name a paint color, she would name it Summer Harvest. She adores reality design shows and is a fan of Joanna Gaines, from Fixer Upper on HGTV. Manon lives and breathes design even in her down time!
Edith Mendez
“Sunday Morning, now that’s my idea of a paint color!” If you have questions about 2020 Design, Edith probably has the answers! She is the Team Lead in customer support. Edith believes when designing a kitchen, it is all about innovative appliances. Trends come and go but a great appliance is here to stay! Christian Dubuc
“Design is a mix of creativity, science and artistic thinking.” Meet Christian Dubuc, the Vice President of Strategic Marketing at 2020. Discovering innovative ideas and translating them into tangible and practical solutions for 2020 customers is a driving force for Christian. His list of favorite designers and architects is endless, ranging from Marcel Breuer, Mies van der Rohe, Dieter Rams and closer to home, the Quebec designer Michel Dallaire. On a personal note, when Christian is not busy planning for 2020, he dreams of Boston Cream pie in his sleep!
