Jean-Luc Seguin is a business leader in HR with a proven track record of talent management, organizational transformation, including M&A, and change leadership in complex and global organizations. His career spans over 20 years of international experience in the engineering, construction, mining, banking and professional service sectors where he held several leadership roles, as Chief Human Resources Officer in North America, Europe and Africa. Prior to joining these global corporations, he was with Deloitte, Belgium, where he led the People and Organization service line of the Human Capital practice helping clients to design and implement HR programs and manage associated change across national boundaries. With a background in finance, change management, and human resources, Jean-Luc not only designs best-practice and change strategies but also implements them effectively to ensure they deliver the expected results and foster the appropriate culture.
Jean-Luc holds a Bachelor and a Master degree in Sociology from the Université Laval in Quebec, a “confirmation doctorale” in Sociology from the Université Catholique de Louvain-La –Neuve, Belgium, an Advanced Master’s degree in Management from the Solvay Business School, Belgium, a Post Graduate Diploma in Change Management from the Birbeck College of the University of London, UK, and has completed the International Director Program from the INSEAD, France.
