Are you using 2020 Design on both machines or are you working with different software? If the latter then I’m afraid you won’t have much luck as most K&B design files are not interchangeable.
If you are using 2020 Design on both machines, the only thing Neil didn’t mention was that whatever catalogs have been used when creating the design need to be present on both machines. 2020 Design will tell you what catalogs are missing when you open the design on the second machine and you can then ‘ship’ catalogs to USB Stick from the first machine using Catalog Manager and install them on the second machine.
