Yes you can. With 2020 Fusion you can import any image of a material or texture as a .jpg, .png, or .bmp. This can be added just for the design you are working on, or for re-use in all new designs thereafter.
Similarly, you can create and then set the exact colour you require for any design object, either using the integrated RGB colour ‘wheel’, or by entering the RGB values directly.
