If the info and placement boxes are one on top of the other all you need to do is left click and drag on the placement tab. This will pull the box out and then you can drag it around and over the little boxes with the arrows in them that appear and the screen will highlight in blue to show you where the program will place the box. You can then have all 3 boxes stacked one above the other on the left side of the screen.
