Thank you for your feedback, we are so excited that 2020 Design Live is available for a free upgrade for all our customers. If you are a 2020 Design Premium subscription customer, you are automatically upgraded to 2020 Design Live when you install 2020 Design 12.1. The same situation exists for 2020 Design Essentials subscription customers, who are automatically upgraded to 2020 Design Foundation when they download 2020 Design 12.1. For 2020 Design Complete subscription customers, a free upgrade is available, when they connect with our migration team.
With whatever level of 2020 Design you previously had (generic or manufacturers catalogs) the access to all your catalogs should remain the same. The beauty of 2020 Design Live is the ability to design with configurable content that is up-to-date and easy to search.
