The Time Tracker is still a part of the version 13.4 and has not been removed. You can find the Time Tracker in the program under the Presentation Tab. If you have any issues finding it under presentation, I would suggest to either run a repair or reinstall the program. You can also reach out to our support department so we may assist with this. Attached is a snippet of where the time tracker should be.
