Agreed! The online catalogs was a bad idea. They assume everyone designs in their office and not in the field. Let’s take NorthPoint Cabinets, it took them three years to add one item, a cove crown. Pathetic!
They can’t add a simple feature of logging in and out online for the installed software like….., for example, Chief Architect does.
How about just fixing and enhancing items for basic CAD design that this horrible program is missing? FYI: With the recent $1000 price increase, now $2,200 a seat, we will most likely jump ship in December and go back to ProKitchen. I’ve had enough of the dumb ideals and lack of basic features like creating a crown stack, COME ON!!! And I don’t trust the new owners not to raise the cost every year.
Just did the latest update with the new UI, I now have to reinstall about 40 catalogs. FFS!!!!
……and the #1 gripe, why do we have to rebuild the Quick Access bar after each update? All the Childs disappear when this can easily be corrected. I could go on and on about why I despise this program.
