You can use SketchUp and get all the models you need the higher the Poly-line count the better the render will turn out on that item. As far as the counter-top you can map any material to them giving you limitless possibilities. Other than the edge profile which you are limited on. To do a realistic window scene go to the outside of the wall in say a 3 window run and use your SURFACE tool to draw a rectangle across all the windows which will result in a more realistic scene spanning across all the windows.
