Hi Jordyn,  I have designed many closets with these “gusset triangles”

Here is my work around.  Start with Room in Drag and Drop.

Select Architectural Elements, select Wall custom shapes.  There are several

triangles there which you can choose.  Then adjust the height, width and depth.

Change the color to the wall color, lift it to the correct position and walla!
