Hi Donna,
To use 2020 Cloud you need to set the Market Region in your account profile so we can show you the correct content. I went ahead and changed yours to United States, so you should be all set.
To modify any other profile information, go to the Community icon in the menu and click Profile, once you’ve logged in.
