Cannot import catalog

      Hello,

      I am having trouble installing a new catalog. I cannot find any relevant information in the Knowledge Center regarding the error I am receiving

       

      When installing the catalog, I receive an error notification saying “You cannot install from this archive because it is not a valid archive catalog”, however the file I am using is a valid catalog. I am not sure what to do and am wondering if anyone else has received this error.

      Hi Stephanie,

      In my experience when this happens it could be because the catalog was zipped twice by the manufacturer. I have encountered this a couple of times before. Double click on the zipped folder to see its contents. If you see another zipped folder in there then you can unzip it and test installing it.
