Cannot open designs

  I have used 20/20 for years and always saved my designs in the 20/20 file.Well I called support last week for another issue I had with perspective and they deleted temporary files in tool box and told me I should have a file for my designs??So what have I been doing wrong all this time?

  Hi Dale,
  
  Your design files are saved in the location set within the preferences of your 2020 Design software. If you need further assistance on where that is, please refer to our Help files within 2020 Design.
