      Hello all,

I recently purchased 2020 Design and I want to use it to accurately quote work for my customers. However, when I use the charges editor for my catalogs, I can only figure out how to make my cost accurate.

So say I want to charge my customers 15% more than I buy it for, how would I enter that into the charges editor?

      Hi Nicholas,

when you are setting up the rate prices 3 and 4 are for your sales multiplier.  To get cost you put your multiplier x100 in to price 8 and 9.  To get your sales multiplier (price 3 and 4) just multiply your cost multiplier (price 8 and 9) by 1.[the percentage increase you want].  So if you want a 15% markup multiply your cost multiplier by 1.15.  If you want a 25% markup multiple price 8 and 9 by 1.25 and put the result in price 3 and 4 etc…

      Hope that helps

      Neil,

That was the ticket, my markups are all good now.

Thank you for the quick response!
