ParticipantSorry if this has been asked already, but when I am trying to copy and paste items from one drawing to another (some cloud items included) I get a window that pops up and says “An error occurred while trying to synchronize product(s) information with 2020 cloud.”
Is there any way to fix this issue?

It is possible that either your cloud is having issues or some specific cloud items are currently corrupted in the drawing.
To see if this is an issue of the cloud, click HERE to check out our article on how to clear the clouds cache. -See option 2, download the ‘2020 Clear Cloud Cache application’ and run it while the program is closed. Then see if you can copy and paste the drawing with the cloud items. If you still cannot copy the cloud items, then remove them and copy/paste the rest of the drawing and then re-add the cloud items.
