New user here. I started with creating the client information first with no generated design. When I click on the Global Attributes, there are no items listed within the All Catalog category. Not sure if I did not something during the initial 2020 Design download. Any ideas or suggestions?

Possible cause of your problem is that you have not selected any catalogs to getting over it in your design. The Global Attributes are based on the catalogs that you choose to work with, and they show the available options and styles for the selected catalogs. If you have not selected any catalogs, the Global Attributes will be empty.

Creating customer information is necessary, you need to fill in enough information to be able to create the design. You need to select attributes for your catalog and complete the design to download it by happy wheels.
