I can’t find the freehand tool on the insert tab

  Hi, I am trying to find the freehand tool (I believe in older versions this was the PolyAdd tool). It is not on the Insert tab where I believe it should be and I can’t see it any the full list of tools or even when I search for it? It would be useful to have for drawing skirting and architrave into my designs.
  
  If anyone knows how I get it or if I need to install an update that would be great.
  
  For reference this is the tool I am looking for.
