      Hello,

I see some posts relating to possible issues with installing on top of an existing version of V12. What is the option if I do not want to install on top of my existing V12? Or is that the only option?

      Thank you.

      Hi Nancy,

The best option is to uninstall your current version, then install the new version You can uninstall from the ‘Add or Remove Programs’ dialog in Windows. Before you do this, you may want to open Catalog Manager and use the ‘Ship Catalogs’ tool to export your currently installed catalogs. Once you’ve installed your new v12 use Catalog manager again, this time to ‘Install’ those catalogs you shipped.

      Hope that helps!

      Hi Patrick,

Glad you’re picking up some useful tips!

One more – did you know with the Cloud Configurator you can change door styles, colours, materials and hardware for the entire design (or just a few cabinets) instantly and with just a couple of clicks?

Hope you have some fun with that!

      Cheers,
