Render Issue

      Hello! Since yesterday, June 28, 2022, I have been unable to render my designs properly. When I render in any view the render loads with the proper textures but immediately turns to black. Please see attached image. Can anyone provide a solution for this?

      Hi Andrew,

      I believe this is an issue with the version of the program. When walls are smaller that 50″, no light would be produced on them. If you were to extend the wall passed 50″, light would appear. I tested walls as large as 15″ and they produce light in the new version. As a solution, I would suggest to update to the latest version of the program to have this corrected.

      Hi Kris,

      That worked! Thanks very much for the timely solution. 🙂 I will suggest to our IT department that an upgrade to the new version will resolve the issue.
