SOFTWARE LOCK OUT!

      Yet again I’m locked out from being able to log in. This time it happened when support was doing a scheduled update last night. You are costing me money when I cant draw on the weekends. This is when I get my most foot traffic to me showroom.

      It’s time that we are able to log out of out software through the control panel like Chief Architect does. THIS IS BULLSHIT. And if you cant tell, I’m in rage mode because I have clients here in 15 minutes and I can’t draw for them. Again, COSTING ME MONEY. Let me mention my 2:00 meeting today for a large kitchen review and a 4:00 design start. Appointments Sunday as well!

      Stop making excuses as to why we can’t have a control panel activate/deactivate of our license, option.

      While I’m on it, where are all the catalogs we were promised when you made us switch over from dongle to software key? Where is KraftMaid, they told me if would be at least two years, if ever.

      Northpoint STILL on V.1 with the cove molding installed as colonial and their still isn’t a cove molding.

      I  regret giving up the rights to my dongle! Especially since 2020 software engineers are stuck in the dinosaur error.

      Support could not help me due to a “server update”. LOL, who does server updates in the middle morning of a business day???? Shaking my head.
