Hi Sean,
If it just happening in the one file then doing a copy/paste of the design to a new file and resetting the styles and pricing will usually fix it.
If it is happening in multiple designs then it is likely an issue with one of the windows components on your computer. Make sure that all your Windows updates are current and that there are none pending. Especially anything for build 1803 of Windows.
