IMPORTANT – Microsoft will be disabling Support for TLS 1.0 in the upcoming year

      Dear 2020 Users,

       

      We wanted to let you know that Microsoft intends to disable support for TLS 1.0 in the upcoming year. Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.0 and 1.1 are security protocols for establishing encryption channels over computer networks.

       

      In order to enjoy all the features and functionality available to you, you would need to upgrade to one of our latest versions of 2020 Design Live. If you are not on 2020 Design Live version 12.5.1 or later when Microsoft turns off support for TSL, you would no longer have access to:

      • MagicPlan
      • The 360 Panorama feature
      • Live Order
      • SketchUp and
      • 2020 Manager

       

      We suggest that you upgrade as soon as possible to not experience any interruption in your business. You can upgrade to 2020 Design Live version 13.1 here. For other versions, please upgrade via 2020 Account.
