  Please be aware that during the period specified below, the sign-in to the application will not be possible.
  
  EST: Saturday, August 6, 05:00 AM – 07:00 AM
  
  PST: Saturday, August 6, 02:00 AM – 04:00 AM
  
  BST: Saturday, August 6, 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  
  IST: Saturday, August 6, 02:30 PM – 04:30 PM

  Sign in to the machine you plan to use before the update window
  
  Do not sign out of the program
  
  Close out of 2020 only by clicking on “X” located at the top right-hand side
  
  Ensure you do not have the Automatic Cloud logout preference enabled

  Hello, I am trying to open the application but it block me out and only gives me the options to exit the application. What’s happening? When I disconnect from the internet it lets me open but as soon as I turn the internet back on it has the same issue.

  As explained in the notification, during scheduled Maintenance, users have the ability to login when disconnected from the internet in order to continue working in Design. This was temporary until the Maintenance was completed.
