@CindyMaple I could potentially offer some expertise in this area. Depending on how your software is built, there’s a few ways to create a standardization process for other manufacturer Revit families so that you can easily bring them into your platform.
There is a standard for developing Revit families, it’s just that most designers are still figuring out the software themselves so aren’t really following any particular process. However, I would need to understand how 2020 is trying to tackle this issue in order to offer better advice.
