2020 Cloud Beta in 2020 Design

  Hi,
  
  I am fairly new to 2020. I just started using 2020 Design. It’s a great program but I seem to be having trouble logging in to the 2020 Cloud Beta in the program. I just recently registered and I have no problem logging in on the website, but when I try to login to 2020 Cloud on Design program, it doesn’t work. What can I do to fix this problem?

  Hi Chantele,
  
  Give the support line a call at 1-866-697-2020 and have them look into it. If you have a valid account on this website the cloud should open up with the log in from this site. If you are having issues it might be something in the account or possibly you might need a quick fix they have but it depends on what the error is.
