2020 cloud items

  I am new to 2020 design so I’m hoping this is user error and something isn’t set up correctly.
  
  when I bring in an item from the cloud it is coming into the plan view as a rectangle.
  
  I would think that the couch or toilet should show properly in plan view…help please!

  What you describe is a reported defect and the team is currently investigating.
  
  At this moment you can use the Preview Pane, it will allow you to visualize the item that you are about to place on your Floor plan.

  I have investigated further the behavior that you described when placing items from the Cloud.
  
  Actually Items from the Cloud use by default 2D shapes, that is the reason why when you place them you only see this type of shape.
  
  The good news… we are working on a feature enhancement that will provide a more detailed and representative 2D shape on a future release, I will definitely invite you to stay tuned and keep an eye on the News section so you don’t miss to know about all these upcoming updates!
