360* rendering bug

  I installed v11.9 today. I’m excited to put 360* renderings on my facebook page.
  
  I’m getting a permission denied message, though. Anytime I try making a 360*, I get a pop-up message saying “Permission denied. Your account is not assigned to this product or your license has expired”
  
  My license still has a few months before renewal, so I’m good…
  
  If I exit the box, it will resume making the rendering, although it seems much slower than it used to be. It used to take my computer about 10 minutes to make a 360, not it takes about 40.

  I took a look at your 2020.net account and in amongst your various admin permissions Guest had snuck in. I fixed it up. Please give it another try and let us know if the issue is resolved. If not, please give us a call at 1-866-697-2020 and we can take a deeper look.
