Catalogs not showing up in Local Browser

      I have versions 11, 12, and 13, and suddenly my duplicate manufacturer cabinet catalogs have gone missing in all versions. Now I only have one copy of each, so I can’t do multiple finishes and door styles. If I try to import the catalogs via Catalog Manager, they still don’t show up in any version. I’ve checked the Cat folders for all versions and they are there. The file paths in Preferences are also correct. Any ideas?

      I’ve had the same problem with 13 that I have installed 3 times (uninstalled twice) hoping that my manufacturer’s catalogs would download.  Luckily, however, I still have all my catalogs in V12.

        Hello Steven,

        The version 13 does not replace or overwrite the version 12 so the catalogs would have to be installed to v13.

      Hello Teresa,

      This is very odd. Did you make sure to use the correspondent version of Catalog Manager (11, 12 and 13)?

      I did. And the catalogs have been placed in the right directory, but still don’t show up in my Local Browser.
