My counters are being clipped too soon, basically as soon as the clipping circle touches the first object in the drawing. In the attached image it can be seen that the counter has already been clipped but in the “Floor Plan View” clipping preview the clipping circle is nowhere near the counter that has disappeared.

Please advise.

Perhaps it is an issue in the drawing so I would suggest to see if a copy/paste of the drawing would sort out this issue. I would also suggest to contact support so an agent can take a closer look to see why that is happening. You can reach us by calling 1.866.697.2020.
