ParticipantHi Alex,
CLR20r3 indicates a possible issue with the .net framework on your computer but the CoreTevent points to your video card driver. Make sure all your windows updates are done and that you are running the latest driver for your video card. If you are still having trouble after the updates give us a call at 1-866-697-2020 and one of our techs will be able to take a look at your computer and see if we can help.

ParticipantThank you very much Neil, I updated the .NET and the graphic card and got the program to open and now I get this window ” Cannot connect to server(PCS). Please check your internet connection….”
I have internet connection.
Thank you

ParticipantMy pleasure Alex,
The “Cannot connect” error can be resolved with an updated PCS file but you will need to call the support line to get it. They will be able to connect using Team Viewer and copy the file over for you.

ParticipantThey can try but its a config file and a lot of antiviruses and email servers block receipt of that file type even if its zipped.

ParticipantWould you please have them to send the file by changing the extension to .BAK then after I get it I will change it back to whatever they tell me too? or they can share it with a dropbox link please.
Appreciated

ParticipantGive ’em a call Alex. 1-866-697-2020 and I’m sure you’ll be able to figure something out. Also they will need your contact details that I don’t recommend sharing on a public forum. 🙂
