ParticipantHi all, as of yesterday using manufacturer items is a total shot in the dark as to whether they will load or not. When trying to place a manufacturer appliance (E.g. A GE Cafe Series Range top) they refuse to load and have pink hash marks over the item in the floor plan. This is frustrating because in the 3D rendering they appear as blue-grey cad blocks like a missing item or incorrectly installed catalog.
Related to this, there is a recurring issue that has been mentioned on this forum previously regarding loading into a design after saving and closing it down and the design insisting that catalogs need to be updated/switched which then proceeds to turn all cloud browser items into CAD blocks which is a ridiculous waste of my company’s time.
Last but not least I have noticed a SIGNIFICANT downgrade in performance with this latest update making it so that I am unable to smoothly move items around in the floorplan while having a 3D environment open (even if the 3D rendering mode is set to hidden lines or wireframe which would typically resolve any stuttering issues.) This should not be the case with a computer as powerful as mine. An Intel 13700k, 32 Gigabytes of 6000MT/s RAM, and a RTX 5080 should not struggle with a program like this.

Participant^^^THIS! I’m having the same issue and came here to see if there was a hotfix or something… No luck! I’ve tried all of my usual tricks but so far I can’t fix.
