Number of Catalogs

  Is there a maximum number of catalogs that can be installed and renamed? I’ve installed and am trying to find the catalog and rename it but it isn’t in the list. I’ve looked at the catalog folder on my machine and I see the folder. I then change the name, but when I open 20/20 that catalog is not there.

  I’m sure there is a softcap somewhere on how many catalogs can be installed but it would be around 99-100. If the catalog installs properly but does not show up in the software it is often an issue with your license. It may be that you have an Essentials version of the program or that there is an error in the programming on the devise itself. I recommend that you call the 2020 Support line (1-866-697-2020) and have a tech take a look.
