ParticipantI have set up my catalog for rate calculations according to the instructions in 2020 document “setup rates” using catalog manager/charges editor. Still I cannot print an order for with my cost for each line item nor can I print a quote report with customer prices for each line item. Both reports only give list prices. Any suggestions? I am using 2020 11.8.3.

If the reports are only giving list prices you need to make sure that you have fully set everything in catalog styles, that you have selected the appropriate rate in catalog charges, and that the you select a common price level that matches the style chosen.
That should ensure that the rate is applied in the reports.

One more question: Does these rates stay with this catalog for all past and future jobs?

Neil WilsonParticipantThe rate is created in the catalog and can be applied to any design past, present or future through styles and pricing.
