My computer recently died, so I’ve purchased a new one recently.  Upon installing 2020 I’m getting a weird rendering glitch.  The drawings (whether colored/textured or Hidden lines) are re-rendering every 1 – 1.5 seconds.  It doesn’t matter if I adjust settings or not, it’s still behaving the same way.  My old computer never did this, as moving the views around was always really smooth, but not it’s really choppy as it’s rendering as I am trying to rotate my views around.  I had installed the latest 12.2 version, and when I was getting this, I back installed to 12.0.6 which I had been using before.

Any insight what I could try to look at to see if I can square this away.  As it is, it’s really compounding how long it takes to do the simplest procedures.

Hi Michael,

It is possible this is happening because the graphics card on your computer might need to be updated. If you haven’t yet done the Windows Updates on your new computer, this might also be a reason.
