Does 2020 offer a cloud to save designs to?  I need my designers to be able to log in and design at home and also from the office.

      Hi Christina,

We do not offer any sort of cloud storage system to save your designs in, however there are many other options you can choose to look into. Google Drive, Dropbox and One drive are three examples for cloud storage. You can connect all the systems to cloud location so your users can work from home or work.

      Regards,

      Kris

      Hello Christina,

Kristopher is correct, 2020 does not offer cloud project storage at the moment. This is however something we are looking into to implement in the near future. Stay tuned!

      Thank you,

      Santiago

      Hi Christina,

In our store, we often email kit files from one computer to another via our department email by attaching them to an email then just saving the email to Drafts. All the designers have the password to this email.

Then when one of us downloads it from the email onto whatever computer we’re working on, we DELETE the draft so another designer doesn’t also do it. Then attach it to a new email Draft when done.

Perhaps a similar system would work in the interim for you.

      Cheers,

      Ariana

We have used Google Drive, Dropbox and OneDrive. Google Drive was a disaster – 2020 files would corrupt regularly. Dropbox gave us no trouble. OneDrive was initially a pain but seems to be very good now. If you do not have OneDrive (included with many Office365 subscriptions) then I would recommend Dropbox.
