Thorny Countertop Wizard Issue

      OK so I just recently working here and noticed that no Countertop Wizard catalog was installed, so I went to the 2020.net Update Center and downloaded the Countertop Wizard (English-Imperial) and installed it using the Catalog Manager.  But it still doesn’t load when I select the <span style=”line-height: 1.5;”>Countertop Wizard in 2020!  But when I look under the Drag & Drop list I see that while all the other generic 2020 catalogs are contained in a Mfr folder called 20-20 Technologies Inc., the SMPL_CT_1, SOLID_1, and STONE_1 catalogs are in a folder called 20-20 Technologies (no Inc.).  So could it be that the Wizard is looking for the catalogs in the wrong place and hence not finding them?  I can see no way to move them into the 20-20…Inc folder or to choose that as a destination folder for the download in the first place.  Any helpful suggestions would be greatly appreciated!</span>

      Hi Rob,

      you can try removing the catalog using catalog manager and then reset the registries using the Maintenance tools and then reinstalling the catalog.  Failing that try upgrading to 11.2 and if you are already at 11.2 then give the support line at 1-866-697-2020 a call and have them look at it.
