ParticipantWhen going to change a floor surface I am not getting everything that should be there on my screen. There is no OK or anything to click.. I thought that my laptop screen couldn’t fit everything and even went out and bought a new monitor and still nothing shows up!! Any ideas would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Rob

ParticipantHey Rob,
It looks like the screen is displaying larger than your monitor. Drag the window down and left until you can see the 3 icons in the upper right corner of the window. Click on the square(Maximize) and the screen should adjust to fit your monitor.

ParticipantHey Rob,
The only other thing I can think of is that maybe your taskbar is set to autohide and the button is behind the task bar. If that is not the case you should try resetting the registries through the maintenance tools and it that doesn’t work give us a call at the 1-866-697-2020 support line and we’ll take a first hand look.

Pilot ProHi Rob,
This could be because you have set the font scaling in Windows to be something other than 100% (because the text is too small when using a notebook display).
Depending on which version of Windows you are using, google for ‘Windows Text Scaling and then when you find the relevant setting make sure it is set to 100% or ‘Smallest’
I had the same trouble when working on my 17″ Notebook but because I now mainly use a 24″ display and have the font scaling set to 100%, I no longer have the issue.
Cheers
Mike

Pilot ProOh and if you do need to reset the registry, grab a copy of my Settings Save script and once everything is working the way you want it, use the script to take a backup of the settings. If your settings ever screw up (lose icons or menus) then it takes just a couple of seconds to restore them:

Unzip to the desktop and run the script – it’s pretty self explanatory.
