After upgrading to 14.4 (from 14.2) I seemed to have lost access to the cloud.  Existing designs using cloud items now display in fun blueish grey geometric squares or rectangles; since they are in 3D I suppose I can’t complain too much.  Not that I used it often but the countertop wizard is gone as well, goodbye Cambria textures, you were too good for this world.

If anyone encountered this before and knows how to get the cloud catalog access back please let me know.  I have cleared the cache, uninstalled, re-installed and run out of ideas and time to futz around with it further.

For those of you who find themselves in the same situation; in order to get back to 100% functional a full install had to be performed (all catalogs have to be reinstalled) but all features are working and I am ready to rock and roll.
