A few of our designers have run into an issue when printing reports, such as quotes, cabinets lists etc, where the margins including cabinet numbers and prices are being cut off. Perhaps this is a simple settings change that we are missing?
I think your best course of action would be to contact the support line at 1-866-697-2020 and have one of our techs take a first hand look. It is probably just a setting on the printer but which one? Who knows.
