Hey Mike,

The trial seems to think that there was already a version of 2020 installed on the computer or that a key was plugged in at some point.  Unfortunately once the trial starts to ask for key it means the trial period is over.

You can try running the trial on a different computer or if you are really keen you can Re-install Windows on that computer and then reinstall the trial.
