Security Device not working.

  <p style=”box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 1.313em; color: #7e8083; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;”>I have received, downloaded & installed the 2020 Design demo and when I try to open the demo I get an error about the security device is not working or not installed correctly…? What do i need to do to correct this.</p>

  Hey Mike,
  
  The trial seems to think that there was already a version of 2020 installed on the computer or that a key was plugged in at some point. Unfortunately once the trial starts to ask for key it means the trial period is over.
  
  You can try running the trial on a different computer or if you are really keen you can Re-install Windows on that computer and then reinstall the trial.
