Hi Sandra, we do this a lot and the easy solution is to print the plan/elevation to pdf and then annotate the pdf with any images and text you want. We used PDF-Xchange Pro which is superb but there are many pdf editors out there which will do this and some of them are free. You can also include clickable hyperlinks in the pdf such as the panoramic link, appliance info, your email address and website etc.
