Hi Melanie,

As the others have suggested, this may be due to a bug in how the network files are handled so try copying it locally or to USB drive as suggested.

If the local/usb method doesn’t work, do you get an error message at all and if you do, what is it? A screen capture of the error would be helpful.

Ther are no other known issues with transferring files between machines so long as the 2020 Version is the same and that both machines have the same catalogues.
