I don’t usually have a problem if I call in, but when I am the only one in the office I can’t guarantee that I will have time to be on hold so the online would usually be the best answer for me.
Otherwise I wait until “business” hours are over and then call.
This time I noticed the issue with the Live Chat was that it re-started itself after like 10 or 15 minutes saying that no one was available but then the browser crashed.
So that’s at least more helpful.
I’ll keep trying.
