I’d also put in a request to 2020 in the forum for new 2020 Cloud items to include the shower handles.

Another option is to contract someone to make them for you in Sketchup – I used the FIVERR site to get some very cheap sketchup items made – if you can supply a 3D dxf then it gets exceedingly cheap!
