The secret is definitely to add more light. The shadowing in the rendering engine does tend to make whites grey when there is insufficient light. Adding spots and hiding the “puck” or playing with the exposure in the renderings are just a couple of things to try in order to get whiter whites.
If you have tried all that and you still get grey whites it could be an issue with your textures folder. You can try a clean install of the software or failing the above give us a call at 1-866-697-2020 and a tech can take a first-hand look at the issue.
