There certainly hasn’t been any widespread issue like this with Windows 10.  We, and you, would certainly have heard of it.

My first reaction to the software acting in any way that can be described as weird is to reset the registries.  If that doesn’t bring it back give us a call at 1-866-697-2020 when its good for you and we’ll take a look.
