Would it be possible for you to send us a list of the items you are having issues with so we can double check them? Sketchup items are not created by the 2020 team so they are sort of use at your own risk but if we had a list of items that we know are having issues we might be able to get a better idea of why it’s happening. You can email the list to residential support to my attention.
