Hi Aviva,
When you import the image into 2020 there is a section in the lower right where you can set the size of the image. (See Attached image) Remember that the image will retain its aspect ratio when you change it’s size so if you need a square image, import a square file. 🙂
If you are still having issues getting the image to fit the shape after sizing it in the import you might need to resize the image in a software like photoshop before bringing it in to 2020.
